A safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for local children — whatever their ability, experience or background. 35 teams, one club, one pathway to the first team.
We encourage our teams to be competitive, but success is about more than league tables, trophies and match results. We want players to enjoy football, develop their skills and build confidence, resilience and friendships.
Through football they learn the value of teamwork, respect and representing their club positively. Most importantly, we want every player to create lasting memories. Children develop at different rates and have different ambitions — we provide an environment where every player can develop and enjoy football at a level that suits them.
The wellbeing of our young players is at the heart of everything we do. All AFC Totton Youth coaches are DBS-checked and hold current safeguarding and first aid qualifications. Every coach has achieved at least the FA EE Playmaker qualification, and many have progressed through the FA coaching pathway to qualifications up to UEFA A Licence level.

Progression means different things to different players. For some it leads to senior or higher-level football; for others it means confidence, new skills and a lifelong love of the game. Both are equally important to us.
The home of AFC Totton Youth is the Snows Stadium, with teams training throughout the week there and at venues across the local area. As the Youth section grows, we aim to keep improving the facilities available to local young people.
