2022/23 Awards
The culmination of the 2022/23 season has been one celebration after another for AFC Totton. And rightly so.
The Stags were crowned League Winners with two games to spare, leap-frogging local rivals Sholing for automatic promotion from Southern League Division 1 South.
After the playoffs, Sholing will also be joining AFC Totton next year in the Southern League Premier South.
Not content with a league win, The Stags went on to become Champion of Champions at the end of April as they beat the winners of the Southern League Division 1 Central, Berkhamsted.
We’ve celebrated victories, licked our wounds after the occasional defeat, welcomed some exciting new signings, and waved goodbye to players off to pastures new. The weather was the 12th player in our season over the winter period, with multiple fixtures cancelled earlier this year. Despite all the activity, it’s been a blast and, most definitely, a season worth celebrating.
And celebrate we did. A big thank you to everyone who came along to the Stags end-of-season awards dinner last weekend. It was a chance for us to recognise the team’s efforts over the last ten months, and whilst everyone, players and back-room staff alike, deserve all the plaudits, there were some accolades to hand out on the night.

Congratulations to all our award winners. It was fantastic to celebrate with everyone at our awards dinner.
