On Monday, James Beattie’s Accrington Stanley trained at Testwood Stadium ahead of their 1-0 defeat to Portsmouth on Tuesday evening.
The former Southampton striker was pleased with the facilities and our kit man Adam Laurenson was on hand to take a few pictures of their afternoon in Totton.
However Beattie’s players could not take all three points away from Fratton Park on Tuesday as a Jake Jervis goal sealed the win for Pompey.
