The 2015 Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 25th August 2015.

The 2015 Annual General Meeting will take place in the Monarch Suite, Testwood Stadium on Tuesday 25th August 2015 at 7-30pm.

All members are encouraged to attend.

Any member wishing to stand for the position of Chairman, Vice Chairman or Executive Member should contact Andy Straker or email [email protected] before 11th August 2015 requesting a nomination form. No Nomination Form will be accepted after the 11th August 2015.

Any motions should also also be submitted to Andy Straker by 7th August 2015. No motion will be accepted after the 7th August 2015.
