After an inspection at 10 am today, the pitch was declared fit, although very wet.
The game will be susceptible to postponement by the Match Referee on his arrival at 1-30 pm should the surface be adversely affected by further rain before kick off at 3 pm.
If our game goes ahead, it will most likely be the only game in the area – I am aware of other pitch inspections taking place!
Supporters are reminded however, that irrespective of whether our game goes ahead or not, the bar will be open as the Southampton game at Sunderland can be seen in the Stags Bar.
