AFC Totton are excited to announce we have retained young, talented midfielder, Jack Masterton. Writes Jack Clarkson
Jack has been with Totton since the 2017/18 season having previously been with Southampton & Eastleigh FC. The creative midfielder has made over 100 appearances for the club in his time, proving to be a fantastic asset to the club. His ability on the ball opens play up for the team, with his natural want to be on the ball.
Jack sat down with the media team at the club to discuss his new deal ‘it feels good (to re-sign), there’s a good feeling around the club and hopefully we can take what we did during last season and start the new season well’. Talking about the sights AFC Totton hope to achieve, Jack added ‘hopefully promotion, but that comes with hard work you don’t just get given it. We have to do things right, off and on the pitch and I think we’ll be on our way’.
Jack has always been a massive talent with the club, and hopefully here’s to more talented days in the Stags shirt, Jack.
