AFC TOTTON’S MEDIA TEAM and Board of Directors combined their awards into one this time around. A deciding vote was required to split two contenders who were on equal numbers.
Luke Hallett, who was voted last season’s Supporters’ Player of the Year, got the decision courtesy of the final vote, after another season of consistently excellent displays at the heart of the Stags’ defence.
The spring-heeled centre-back, who joined the club from Forest Green Rovers in the summer of 2022, racked up 51 starts in all competitions, plus three as substitute, and contributed four goals - in addition to playing his part in the Southern League Premier Division South's meanest defensive unit.
