Match Details
AFC Totton v Dorking Wanderers
Tuesday 18 August 2026
Kick-off: 7.45pm
Snows Stadium
Scott Rendell’s side have made an excellent start to the new season, opening their campaign with a 1–0 victory away at Farnham Town before recording another 1–0 win over Billericay Town at the Snows Stadium on Saturday. Two clean sheets and six points from the opening two games provide the perfect platform as the Stags look to make it three wins from three.
Dorking will arrive looking for their first victory of the campaign. The Wanderers began their season with a narrow 1–0 defeat at home to Dagenham & Redbridge before picking up their first point with a goalless draw away at Maidenhead United. They will therefore be hoping to get their campaign up and running with a positive result at the Snows Stadium.
The two sides know each other well, having met twice during the 2025/26 season. Dorking claimed a 2–1 victory at Meadowbank in September, with Tony Lee putting the Stags ahead before Alfie Rutherford and Charlie Carter turned the game around for the hosts.
The return fixture at the Snows Stadium in April produced a different outcome, as Totton came from behind to secure a 2–1 victory. Alfie Merritt and Christie Ward were on target in the second half to complete the comeback and give the Stags an important three points.
There is also a familiar face between the two clubs in former Stag Tom Blair. The winger joined AFC Totton from Dorking ahead of the 2024/25 season, having previously impressed during his spell with the Wanderers. Blair went on to make his mark at the Snows Stadium before moving on at the end of his time with the Stags.
Tuesday’s fixture provides another opportunity for Totton to build momentum and make home advantage count. With both sides looking to take another step forward early in the campaign, another competitive encounter awaits at the Snows Stadium.
