THE BASICS
Plymouth Parkway Football Club are currently members of the Southern League Premier Division South. They play their home matches at the 3,500-capacity Bolitho Park, which they ground-share with Truro City.

HAVE THEY GENERALLY BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN THE LEAGUE?
In the 2006/07 season, the club entered the FA Vase for the first time, making it to the second qualifying round in their first attempt. The following season, Plymouth Parkway became founder members of the South West Peninsula League, when the South Western Football League and the Devon County Football League were merged.

In the summer of 2016, Parkway merged with Plymouth and West Devon Football League club Bar Sol Ona, whose team became the Parkway Reserves in the East Cornwall League.

The club gained promotion to the Western League in 2017/18 and they were subsequently promoted to the Southern League in 2020/21, going on to win the Southern League Division One South at the first time of asking in 2021/22.

HOW DID THEY GET ON LAST SEASON?
After achieving their highest ever league position last season, finishing 10th in the Southern League Premier South at Step 3, Parkway also experienced their furthest ever run in the Emirates FA Cup, exiting the competition at the Third Round Qualifying stage. In the Isuzu FA Trophy, they reached the Third Round Proper before succumbing to a 0-1 defeat at Vanarama National League side, Barnet.

HISH DON'T MISS: Hisham Kasimu, now with Sutton United, leads the attack for AFC Totton during the home Southern League Division One South encounter with Plymouth Parkway on the opening day of the 2021/22 season, in which he scored the game's only goal from the penalty spot.

HAVE AFC TOTTON PLAYED THEM RECENTLY?
The two clubs met in the Southern League Division One South in 2021/22, with both sides picking up 1-0 wins in their respective home games. Hisham Kasimu scored the opening goal of The Stags 2021/22 campaign from the spot at the Snows Stadium in August 2021, while Jack Crago scored the only goal of the game at Bolitho Park in early December, helping Parkway to the title and promotion.

DO WE HAVE CURRENT OR FORMER PLAYERS IN COMMON?
None we’re aware of. If you know of any, please get in touch!

WHO IS THEIR MANAGER NOW?
Lee Hobbs. His journey with Plymouth Parkway began during the 2016/17 season, when he left his role as assistant manager at Bodmin to return to Bolitho Park. Since then, he has led the team to significant achievements, propelling them from the South West Peninsula League to the Southern League Premier Division South.
