AFC Totton are pleased to announce that Andy Darnton has agreed to become Assistant Manager. Andy will take up his position with immediate effect.
Andy has amassed over 700 games at Southern and Ryman League level in his playing career that included various honours. During his playing career, Andy played for Gosport, Worthing, Fleet, Bashley, Waterlooville and Newport (Isle of Wight).
Andy now has 10 years managerial and coaching experience gained in the Southern League with Winchester, Bashley and Andover. He has also enjoyed coaching spells at Romsey, Verwood and Christchurch in the Wessex Premier League.
Steve Hollick said “to get Andy on board is a real achievement for AFC Totton. Andy will bring with him real experience of Southern league football as well as his excellent coaching skills.”
