
Tomorrow AFC Totton travel the short distance to Wiltshire to face Salisbury Fc in their final Pre Season friendly (3pm).
Salisbury will spend this coming season in the Sydenhams Premier League after their re-formation.They will be managed by ex Cambridge United, Leicester City and Birmingham City player (as well as TV pundit) Steve Claridge. The Whites will be huge favourites to lift the Sydenhams Premier Crown at the end of the end of the coming season and they will undoubtedly be the best supported club to have ever played in the Sydenhams (wessex) League, there will be a number of clubs rubbing their hands at the thought of playing Salisbury because of the much needed revenue that their following will generate for clubs used to getting crowds of 50.
The Stags fans travelling to the Raymond McEnhill stadium tomorrow will see two ex Totton players amongst the Salisbury ranks in striker Ashley Jarvis and goalkeeper Gareth Barfoot.
The Stags have been looking in good shape in pre season and they go into tomorrows game on the back of a 4-1 win at Bemerton Heath last tuesday.
