An update on the squad after recent events at the club.
James (Monkey) Roden has sadly taken the decision to retire from football after a recent hospital scan on his knee. It was an extremely difficult decision for Monkey to make but after discussions with his family, he felt it was the only one that he could make.
Monkey joined us for the second time in his career in the summer and has been superb this season in the centre of defence. Monkey will be missed by all at the club, both on the field and in the dressing room. All at the club wish him the best of luck going forward and we hope to see him soon at thc Testwood Stadium.
Craig Feeney has returned from Australia and after discussions with management it has been agreed that it would be best for both parties if we released Craig from his contract at AFC Totton. We wish Craig all the best in the future.
