Back on October 1st AFC Totton announced that the Saints u23’s were to play two Premier League Cup fixtures at the Snows Stadium v Nottingham Forest and AFC Bournemouth. The Notts Forest fixture this Saturday has now been switched to Staplewood.
The AFC Bournemouth fixture will still be played at the Snows Stadium on Monday 2nd December. In addition to the AFC Bournemouth game Saints are taking part in the Hampshire senior Cup again this season, and they have a 2nd round fixture at home to the Royal Navy. The good news is that the game will be played at the Snows Stadium on Tuesday 19th November (7.45pm). This gives the people of Totton and beyond a chance to see Ralph Hassenhuttl’s younger players in action.
Some eagle eyed AFC Totton fans would have noticed that the Stags Russell Cotes cup tie v Petersfield Town was recently rescheduled for the same evening (19th). That game will now be played on the following evening (20th) at the Snows Stadium (7.45pm).
