WOODY ANGELL

Woody is a robust, hard-working midfielder who came through the Aldershot Town Academy to make his senior debut in a Hampshire Senior Cup match against Farnborough. And he made his bow in the Vanarama National League shortly after, coming on as a late substitute in a 2-1 win over Grimsby Town.

After a short spell at Salisbury, the 19-year-old joined AFC Totton in time to be included in the squad for the goalless draw with Barnstaple Town at the Snows Stadium on Saturday 12 February, before making a goalscoring debut in the 12-0 Southampton Senior Cup rout over Hedge End Town 10 days later. Tall, comfortable in possession and an effective carrier of the ball when the opportunity arises.
