The Snows Stadium offers a range of exceptional spaces that are perfect for events, large and small: Conferences, exhibitions, banquets, dinners, meetings, celebration events and more.
We combine our creativity and the unique environment to deliver events of all types with a friendly, personal touch, providing staff and catering as required for up to 120 delegates.
Here at the stadium, the focus is on you and your delegates. We are here to ensure that your event runs seamlessly; we’ll ensure the space is set up to your requirements, that any pre-arranged equipment is fully-functioning and ready to go, and that your refreshment and meal breaks are on-time and as expected.
We have three spaces:
THE MONARCH SUITE
Our largest space with room for corporate conferences, large functions and events, the Monarch Suite holds a maximum of 120 people when seated and can be configured for any type of event or presentation.
Prices range from £50 per hour to £275 for a full day. But please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we can create a tailored package to suit your individual needs.
The Straker's Bar is a ground floor space with easy access and pitchside views. Ideal for smaller events, this room will hold up to 50 delegates when seated, and comes equipped with WiFi, state of the art TV and Audio, and a fully-stocked bar.
Prices for the Straker's Bar range from £35 per hour to £225 for a full day. But please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we can create a tailored package to suit your individual needs.
PETE CHILCOTT SUITE
A more intimate room, ideal for business or board meetings and smaller groups of up to 20 delegates seated with elevated views over the football pitch. The room has WiFi, a private bar, and direct access to the main stand.

All our facilities offer WiFi and come equipped with a large screen TV in each room, making them ideal for giving presentations.
