Fanbase is delighted to welcome AFC Totton after being selected as the club’s new Official Ticketing & Fan Engagement Partner.
The partnership comes at an exciting time for the Stags, following a period of significant growth both on and off the pitch. After reaching Step 2 of the English football pyramid for the first time in their history in 2025, Totton have established themselves in National League South while continuing to grow the supporter base around the club.
Crowds regularly exceeded 1,000 at the Snows Stadium last season, with attendances climbing beyond 1,500 on several occasions as the club built on the momentum of recent years.
AFC Totton have now moved their ticketing to Fanbase, giving supporters a simpler way to buy and manage tickets while providing the club with a much richer understanding of its audience.
Beyond ticketing, Fanbase will give Totton the tools to bring supporter data, communication and fan engagement together in one place. That will allow the club to better understand how its supporters interact with them, create more relevant communications and use that insight to help drive commercial growth.
Kev Hebenton, Chairman of AFC Totton, said:
“We have recently partnered up with Fanbase migrating over from a competitor.
“The ease of use of the system from a fan perspective is fantastic & feedback has been very positive.
“It is really helping to enhance fan experience in interacting with the club.
“The data in the backend will be invaluable to us as it will enable us to target to our fanbase to increase revenue which is something the old system was really lacking.
“The onboarding support has been first class, they are always on hand to help out when needed. I have recently attended a webinar on the new upcoming features which will really enhance our use of Fanbase further.”
Kevin Russell, Business Development Manager at Fanbase, said:
“AFC Totton are a club with real momentum behind them, and we’re delighted they’ve chosen Fanbase for the next stage of that journey.
“What’s particularly exciting is the ambition they have beyond simply selling tickets. Kev and the team want to better understand their supporters, use that insight to grow revenues and continue improving the experience around the club.
“That’s exactly what Fanbase is built to help clubs do. We’re looking forward to working closely with the team and supporting their continued growth.”
AFC Totton become the latest National League club to choose Fanbase as their Ticketing & Fan Engagement Partner, joining a growing network of ambitious clubs using the platform to better understand, engage and grow their supporter bases.
