SLOUGH TOWN - THEIR SEASON SO FAR:
The Rebels are struggling so far in the National League South campaign, as they sit in 22nd place on 15 points from 17 games played.
Slough started off the season with just one win at home against Ebbsfleet inside the month of August, playing five other games, they lost two games and drew the remaining three.
In September they picked up their second win of the league campaign, beating Chippenham Town 3-2. However, travelled to Torquay the game after and lost, 4-2. Their FA Cup journey started against Welling and after requiring a replay, they managed to get through, but this couldn’t translate to league form as in their next match they lost 2-5 against Hornchurch.
They won another FA Cup match, this time beating Bedfont Sports Club 1-2 in the third qualifying round and followed that up with a 2-3 away win at Hampton & Richmond as well as a victory in the B&B Senior Cup.
Fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup saw Slough face Enfield Town, and they progressed into the first round proper with a 3-2 win. However, their league form took a hit, with The Rebels losing three back-to-back games where they scored just three and conceded 11.
Slough bounced back well again in the FA Cup, beating National League opponents Altrincham 2-1 but couldn’t back that up as they lost their next two games, both in the league.
An 8-0 thrashing of Beaconsfield in the B&B Senior Cup provided a nice break from league action but they couldn’t replicate their FA Cup successes into the FA Trophy as they suffered defeat to Gloucester on penalties.
In their last two matches, Slough beat Farnborough 2-0, but lost to the most in-form team in the league Worthing in their last outing, 1-2.

OPPOSITION PLAYERS TO WATCH:
DEFENCE: Reiss Greenidge
Reiss Greenidge joined the club in June 2025, bringing a wealth of experience across English football, European leagues, and the international stage with Guyana, for whom he has earned 11 caps.
The 28-year-old, standing at 6ft 6in, arrives at Arbour Park after leaving Maidstone United, where he became a key figure. Known for his powerful physical presence, aerial dominance and athleticism, Greenidge has built a reputation as a commanding centre-back throughout a career that has taken him through the EFL, National League, and Norway’s top two divisions.
Reiss began his development in the academies of Arsenal and West Bromwich Albion before gaining senior experience with clubs including Ebbsfleet United, Hemel Hempstead Town, and in Norway with Sogndal and Arendal. He returned to England with Bolton Wanderers in 2020, forming part of their promotion-winning squad from League Two, and later featured regularly during a season-long loan at Barnet.
Greenidge joined Maidstone United in October 2022, becoming an integral member of the side. He made 36 appearances last season, playing every minute of the club’s three National League South play-off matches as they reached the final. He also played a prominent role in Maidstone’s historic 2023/24 FA Cup run, completing the full match in the 1–0 Third Round win over Stevenage and appearing as a substitute in the famous 2–1 victory away at Ipswich Town. He also helped the club lift the Kent Senior Cup in 2024.
On the international stage, Reiss made his Guyana debut in 2021 and has since represented the Golden Jaguars 11 times, most recently during the 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup qualification fixtures.
Greenidge now links up with his younger brother Jordan at Slough Town, as both prepare for the 2025/26 campaign.
MIDFIELD: Jaiden Drakes-Thomas
Jaiden is a 20-year-old midfielder, Jaiden began last season with Dover Athletic, where he made two appearances and scored once, before moving to Wingate & Finchley in the Isthmian League Premier Division.
He came through the academy at Colchester United, featuring for both their Under-18 and Under-21 sides, before stepping into senior football with Sevenoaks Town. Jaiden made 22 appearances for Sevenoaks during the 2023/24 campaign prior to his move to the coast, later joining Dover Athletic in March 2024.
So far this season in 24 appearances he has scored five goals.
ATTACK: Wiktor Makowski
Wiktor returns to Arbour Park ahead of the new campaign, rejoining the club after two impressive seasons with Flackwell Heath.
A former A23 player, Wiktor played a major role in Flackwell’s success during the 2023/24 season, helping the club win the Combined Counties Premier Division North title and scoring 20 goals across the campaign, four of which came during a short spell with Risborough Rangers.
He elevated his game even further in 2024/25, firing 41 goals and providing 22 assists as Flackwell Heath reached both the Southern League Division One Central Play-Off Final and the Berks & Bucks FA Senior Cup Final.
Wiktor’s outstanding goal-scoring record and attacking threat make him a significant addition to the squad, and he has proved to be a danger in front of goal, playing 20 games and scoring nine, leading the goalscoring charts for Slough.
