AFC Totton are delighted to welcome Charlie Betts to the Snows Stadium.
The Stags are pleased to confirm the signing of Charlie Betts, with the talented 18-year-old right-back joining the Stags after an impressive trial period throughout pre-season.
Betts arrives at the Snows Stadium after departing Swindon Town this summer, having progressed through the club's academy before gaining valuable senior experience during loan spells with Swindon Supermarine and Weymouth.
A dynamic and attack-minded full-back, Betts is equally comfortable defending one-on-one as he is getting forward to support the attack. His performances during pre-season have impressed the management team and supporters alike, while his goal during the Stags' pre-season programme demonstrated the quality he can offer at both ends of the pitch and earned him the opportunity to become part of Scott Rendell's squad for the new season.
Despite being just 18 years old, Betts already has experience of senior football and arrives at AFC Totton eager to continue his development while making an impact in blue and white.
