Adam Tomasso joined the club from Blackfield & Langley in May 2020. The winner of previous Southern League titles with both AFC Totton and Blackfield & Langley, he also spent several seasons at Winchester City.
During the first half of the 2021/22 season, Adam had a short spell with AFC Portchester in the Wessex League on a dual registration loan, to maintain match fitness. He returned in time to get on the scoresheet in the 5-0 demolition of National League South outfit Concord Rangers in the 2nd Round of the FA Trophy in late November.
Adam is a fiercely competitive midfielder who works hard from the first whistle to the last. He wore the captain’s armband on a few occasions towards the end of the 2021/22 campaign when Harry Medway (suspension) and Ben Jefford (injury) were both unavailable.
Also comfortable playing at right-back or in central defence, Adam's versatility was a crucial factor during the 2022/23 end of season run-in, that saw Totton safely over the line to be crowned Southern League Div.1 South Champions.
Although by no means a prolific goalscorer, Adam scored two goals - both from outside the penalty area - in the 3-1 home Southern League Premier Division South victory over Swindon Supermarine in September 2023.
